ACM SPY

Profinit, in cooperation with Czech and Slovak Technical Universities, organises a competition ACM SPY (Czech ACM Chapter & Slovakia ACM Chapter Student Project of the Year) where the best diploma and thesis work in the field of informatics and information technology is selected. The auspices over the competition were taken over by the Czech ACM and Slovakia ACM.

Teaching at universities

Since 2007 Profinit has been teaching course at the Czech Technical University and the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University, where it also guarantees professional content of the curriculum subjects. Our specialists are often invited by universities as speakers , usually with the objective to inform students about the development of software in the field.

Profinit works together with selected students on their half-year course projects, again with the aim to inform students on what is needed in the field.  We sponsor university resource centres by purchasing books on IT and by supporting participation of universities in prestigious competitions and professional conferences.
