For Telefonica O2, Profinit developed a system for archiving EDI reports used for B2B communication. The main goal of the project was to provide end-users of EDI communication with the possibility to retroactively add the content of such communication. The system automatically stores reports in the database, and enables searching and exporting of reports and direct creation of CDs with exported reports. Security was an important aspect of the project - the system fulfils the criteria of level L3 (audited by KPMG). The system uses digital-signature technology in a particular manner in order to fulfil legislative requirements and, at the same time, to ensure interlinking of individual reports in complex EDI communication.

For more than three years, Profinit has also handled for Telefónica outsourcing of EDI-services operation, thus ensuring service reliability and immediate availability of this service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
