Information Policy Strategy
The aim of this project was to map the existing state of utilisation of information technologies for supporting agendas in the competence of the civil section of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic and its subordinate organisations. The ministry also wanted to identify the goals of using information technologies for the period 2006-2010 and to design methods and specific projects in order to achieve such goals.

"I consider the material prepared by Profinit to be one of the key documents created in the justice section in 2005. At the beginning I had certain concerns about cooperation, as the company had not previously had any experience with the justice environment and did not know its structure or established terminology. Besides this, the character of our request required that there would be a need to analyse a substantial volume of information within the entire section and to generalise this information in a clear, comprehensible form. I am very pleased that my concerns were unfounded, and I can say that cooperation with Profinit was at a very high level. Individual discussions on the given issue were substantial and well prepared in advance. The resulting material fulfilled our expectations."
