Project goals

This project involving central filing of internal regulations presented the following challenges:

• create a single, central storage unit for filing internal regulations
• have a history of documents and of access to all versions thereof
• ensure on-line access to regulations for all employees
• use access rights to manage employees' access
• set up an approval system
• have the possibility of interactive searching within regulations
