Recruitment Process
"A baseball manager recognizes a nonphysical talent, hustle, as an essential gift of great players and great teams. It is the characteristic of running faster then necessary, moving sooner then necessary, trying harder then necessary."
Frederick P. Brooks Jr. (The mythical man-month)
We appreciate any enquiry regarding employment, a specific job position and we read every CV that reaches us. It does not matter if the sender is a student, graduate or highly experienced individual. We treat each candidate with respect, we are open and welcoming and we try to make our recruitment process an interesting experience that enriches both parties.
The recruitment process starts with analysing and sorting out received CVs. The candidates who comply with essential criteria are invited for the first round of interviews. Responses are also sent to candidates who did not make it through the first round.
The number, format and content of recruitment interviews depend on the type of position we are trying to fill. Generally it is valid that the recruitment process:
- has two rounds
- for all stages of the recruitment process we adhere to the response deadline of 1 to 2 weeks, both for positive and negative answers
- it is flexible and if necessary all rounds can be carried out in one working day
- the previously determined structure, which the candidate is informed about before the actual interview or at the beginning of the interview, is adhered to.
