The main pillars of our strategy are people. In order to have a good quality team we practise a systematic and precise recruitment of employees from the best candidates on the job market, and we motivate and develop our existing employees.  

The efficiency of our incentive programme is documented by nearly zero fluctuation of staff and long term satisfaction of Profinit clients with the work of our employees.

The formal name for a technical position is Consultant, and in our context this name describes a universal person who is capable of analysis, development and later on even project management with customer focus in mind, which means that consultants need to speak a language the clients can understand. For external communication, we use technical positions called Professional Services.
Sales and managerial positions are called Key Account Manager (KAM) and Services Account Manager (SAM). KAM and SAM staff are team leaders and solve projects for customers; SAM is responsible for technical aspects and KAM is responsible for business related issues.

In addition to the above stated employees, there are other specialists working for Profinit in: marketing, finances and staff recruitment. Support and administrative activities are carried out by our back office team.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH

Qualified, good quality staff represents the main power of the company, and therefore much investment and effort is devoted to employees´ development, both professional and personal.

All our consultants are constantly updating themselves with the latest IT trends and market needs and they continually work on their development and education. The Profinit Education Programme consists of in-house training, covering the process of software development and the technologies used for development projects and for clients.  The Profinit Education Programme also includes creation of long-term education plans for individual consultants, focused on acquiring a certificate for individual technologies or project management.

In addition to the development of technical skills of our staff, we also pay attention to the development of soft skills, and the relevant courses and training sessions are open to all employees. Some of the criteria for career advances of our employees focus on compliance with determined objectives in the field of education and personal development.
