Our staff is regularly informed, once every quarter, about the situation of the company with regard to the objectives planned, company news and last quarter results.  At the beginning of the new year we evaluate the past year and Profinit organises a kick-off session that has two parts: work and fun.  In the working part, the employees can comment on the last year and discuss topical corporate matters. The following part is all about having fun.

Once every 2 months the Internal Newsletter brings news on what is new in the company, the ongoing projects and new members of staff.

Open corporate culture is confirmed at regular Q&A Sessions that take place every two weeks on Tuesday mornings where employees can raise questions that are answered by a member of the management.
