Since 1 November 2009 there will be not more paper post from state authorities and all communication from the state to your company will be done electronically, using data boxes (ISDS system - information system for data boxes).

This is based on Act 300/2008 Coll. and is applicable to all legal entities recorded in the Companies´ Register, i.e. nearly half a million companies. It is up to you how you handle the post in one shared post box and how you archive delivered and sent documents. Regardless the fact if you open the box or not, the post is regarded as delivered 10 days after reaching the box, with all the consequences attached. Also if any of the users log in into the box, the content of the box is regarded as delivered and deadlines start running.

Profinit Company offers comprehensive communication solutions for data boxes.  We have supplied this solution to, among others, Česká spořitelna, a.s. savings bank. We offer a solution which covers standard functionality of the existing Internet interface ISDS and brings all essential functionality to companies. The solution can be implemented in stages and the actual implementation and loading can be very short (several weeks or months depending on the scope of use and specific requirements).  The system can also be scaled in various ways, from one server hosting the application and database up to cluster solutions.  Using solution as a service is also an interesting alternative.

Logical solution concepts are shown in the figure. Physical representation of individual parts, modules, depends on individual requirements for specific functionalities and it is implemented using standard tools and Oracle technology, Software 602 technology and open source technology. The functionality (e.g. DMS or workflow management), which is already in your IT environment, can be easily integrated into the solution.
