A basic requirement of systems integration is the ability to clean data from systems and write data into systems. The integration layer is a universal tool for transferring data between systems.

Properties:

• unique algorithm for automatic integration of flight information from various systems

In aviation there are several possibilities for identifying a flight. Some systems work in IATA, some in ICAO; others identify a flight by its callSign. The internal module of the integration layer enables automatic integration of flights regardless of the means of identifying them.

• ability to recover from a failure in communication

In the case of a failure of either the target or source system, no loss of data can occur.

• possibility of remote management

At a medium-sized airport the number of transformations between systems is very rapidly exceeding several dozen. In order for the complexity (and thus price) of their maintenance not to rise in accordance with their number, the integration layer includes an administrator's interface enabling remote management of each transformation.
