Profinit is very well aware of the fact how important it is to help and support. We have been supporting Universities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for a long time; for more information go to University Support.

 

 We are aware of the fact how important it is to help younger generation when they at that difficult age of growing up, and therefore we have decided to cooperate with a non-profit organisation called Jahoda (Strawberry) which works with children and youth.

We have supported the non-profit organisation Jahoda in the following way:

• Our employees contributed to a Christmas collection for Jahoda to purchase a PC server
• Our employees organise a Website Design Course in the Jahoda centre
• We have supplied Jahoda with several computers

JAHODA is a non-profit organisation.  It was founded in 1997 and its main objective is to help children and families who are endangered and disadvantaged.  Every year more than 300 children receive help from this organisation in Prague.

Jahoda implements its aim via the following programmes:

• Low-threshold  clubs for children and youth: Jahoda Club (6 - 15) and Džadoda Club (12 - 18)
• Field programme for children and youth
• Family centre Jahůdka
• Jahodárna - activities for the wide public.
