The quality of our work results from the enthusiasm, talent and education level of our employees. Therefore, we choose our colleagues very carefully, hiring one out of twenty applicants. The primary aspect of our employees’ profile is a high-quality technical-university education. Besides this, we also place emphasis on universal abilities, such as orientation in complicatedly structured tasks, immediate application of newly acquired knowledge and creative thinking even in the case of routine tasks.
We emphasise professional growth
A matter of course for us is the long-term development and continual education of our employees within the Profinit Education programme, which is conducted in accordance with the latest trends in IT and the needs of the market. We also emphasise the development of soft skills, which helps to ensure that our people are communicative, helpful and open to cooperation. This approach has proven effective – there are now more than 100 of us; we are expanding, growing at a rate of tens of percent annually, and fluctuation is under 5% annually over the long term.

You can meet our specialists and see their quality at university lectures and seminars – since 2007 Profinit has been the guarantor of the course Software Engineering in Practice, which our employees teach at the Czech Technical University and the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University.
